KEVIN DEVANNEY
President & Founder
Kevin’s 30-year career in travel has taken him to 107 countries, including organizing 70 client group trips to Italy. Reflecting on his journey, Kevin says, “Our success is built on our incredible staff and global partners. Travel and hospitality is truly a team game.”
Over the years, Kevin has worked with political figures, met Popes, collaborated with celebrities, and even planned a historic event with the Rolling Stones in Hawaii. He continues to enjoy exploring new destinations and remote corners of the world.
Kevin is also a proud father to three children: Mary Caroline, Liam, and Margaux.
SARA DOUGLASS
VP | Sales & Marketing
Sara holds a B.S. in Marketing Management and Communications from Bob Jones University. She has over 12 years of experience in Corporate Events, Sales, Journalism, and Hospitality, making her an invaluable asset to the Incentive Travel Solutions team.
Sara is a Kansas native and has lived coast to coast from California to the Carolinas, finally settling in Fort Mill with her family. She is passionate about details and communication; she thrives on creating solutions and cultivating relationships with her clients and is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey from beginning to end. Her core focus is to collaborate with VIP clients leading the program development to design, plan and implement a unique and rewarding experience.
NIKKI SPARKMAN
Director of Marketing
Nikki is a Charlotte native and proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned her degree in Communications and Marketing. Her career has allowed her to gain valuable experience in marketing and public relations through roles with Charlotte Motor Speedway and the St. Louis Blues.
Nikki focuses on strengthening brand identity, elevating communications, and connecting the company’s vision to the communities it serves. She is passionate about creating meaningful engagement across every channel and supporting the team in delivering memorable experiences.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys snowboarding, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Baylor.
IZCHEL PADILLA
Travel Program Manager
Izchel specializes in travel logistics and client experiences. With a Communications degree from UNCW and a career rooted in project management, she thrives on crafting seamless, memorable trips from start to finish. Her favorite part of the job? Building meaningful connections while bringing complex itineraries to life.
Outside of work, Izchel is a devoted dog mom who loves hiking, exploring new cuisines, traveling, and unwinding with crochet. Her blend of precision, creativity, and warmth makes her a trusted partner in every journey.
CASWELL RADKE
Travel Program Manager
Caswell Radke is a dedicated Travel Project Manager at Incentive Travel Solutions, where she combines her attention to detail with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable journeys. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience traveling alongside ITS programs, allowing her to bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every client experience.
When she’s not managing travel programs, Caswell can often be found exploring new destinations for concerts around the world, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying time with friends
Missy Lusk
Chief Financial Officer
Missy brings a wealth of knowledge to Incentive Travel Solutions, with professional experience in retail accounting, taxes, accounts payable, and payroll. She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Columbia College.
Missy lives with her husband, Bob, and their three children: Jack, Patrick, and Kaitlyn. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family. Her favorite travel destination is Italy, where she loves exploring the scenic landscapes and cultural richness.
Sarah Trueman
Executive Assistant
Sarah discovered her love for travel in 2014 when she studied abroad in Malaysia. Since then she’s been to 48 countries. Her top three being Egypt, New Zealand and Croatia. Having gone bungee jumping, sky diving and swimming with sharks, she doesn’t shy away from new and thrilling adventures!
She was born in Iowa, but raised in Charlotte, NC, where she completed her BA in psychology at Queens University. When she’s not working or traveling, she’s either doing hot yoga or relaxing at home with her husband and their five cats, two dogs, and snake!
DAVID KING
Creative Director
Originally from Great Britain, David brings over 20 years of expertise in creative, branding, and marketing to the Incentive Travel Solutions team. He has held the role of Chief Marketing Officer for two of the top five mortgage companies in the United States, showcasing his talent for driving impactful strategies and delivering exceptional results.
When he's not crafting innovative ideas, David enjoys traveling with his wife and spending quality time with their two adult children. His passion for exploring the world inspires his creative vision, ensuring every project is as dynamic and memorable as the destinations Incentive Travel Solutions curates.
