Kevin Devanney
President & Founder
Kevin’s 30-year career in travel has taken him to 107 countries, including organizing 70 client group trips to Italy. Reflecting on his journey, Kevin says, “Our success is built on our incredible staff and global partners. Travel and hospitality is truly a team game.”
Over the years, Kevin has worked with political figures, met Popes, collaborated with celebrities, and even planned a historic event with the Rolling Stones in Hawaii. He continues to enjoy exploring new destinations and remote corners of the world.
Kevin is also a proud father to three children: Mary Caroline, Liam, and Margaux.
Keriann Kelly
Director of Operations
Keriann holds a degree in Social Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. She brings a diverse background with experience working alongside organizations including the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and Formula 1, providing her with a strong foundation in high-level sports and event environments.
A Buffalo, New York native, Keriann is known for her ability to understand people, build connections, and bring thoughtful insight to every project she touches. Her background allows her to approach each experience with a people-first mindset and a keen awareness of audience engagement.
Outside of work, Keriann enjoys cheering on the Bills and spending time with her dog, Willow.
Nikki Sparkman
Director of Marketing
Nikki is a Charlotte native and proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned her degree in Communications and Marketing. Her career has allowed her to gain valuable experience in marketing and public relations through roles with Charlotte Motor Speedway and the St. Louis Blues.
Nikki focuses on strengthening brand identity, elevating communications, and connecting the company’s vision to the communities it serves. She is passionate about creating meaningful engagement across every channel and supporting the team in delivering memorable experiences.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys snowboarding, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Baylor.
Missy Lusk
Chief Financial Officer
Missy brings a wealth of knowledge to Incentive Travel Solutions, with professional experience in retail accounting, taxes, accounts payable, and payroll. She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Columbia College.
Missy lives with her husband, Bob, and their three children: Jack, Patrick, and Kaitlyn. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family. Her favorite travel destination is Italy, where she loves exploring the scenic landscapes and cultural richness.
Tiana Santee
Travel Program Manager
Tiana Santee is a Reno, Nevada native who recently made Charlotte, North Carolina her home. She is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies.
Tiana brings a unique blend of real-world experience in technology, sales, and customer service, paired with an educational foundation centered on understanding people. In her current role as a Travel Project Manager, she draws on a versatile skill set to deliver seamless, memorable experiences. She is driven by a people-first mindset and is passionate about leaving every space, project, and interaction a little brighter than she found it.
Outside of work, Tiana enjoys exploring new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, spending time in nature, and being with her fur babies, Penelope and Sebastian.
Lauren Boyles
Travel Program Manager
Lauren is a Charlotte native and a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned a degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in Tourism and Hospitality. Her role as a Travel Program Manager allows her to seamlessly blend her background in wedding planning with her passion for travel, creating thoughtfully curated and well-executed experiences.
With a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for organization, Lauren thrives in dynamic, client-focused environments. Outside of her professional role, she also works as a social media manager and is always in the process of planning her next international adventure.
Caswell Radke
Travel Program Manager
Caswell Radke is a dedicated Travel Project Manager at Incentive Travel Solutions, where she combines her attention to detail with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable journeys. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience traveling alongside ITS programs, allowing her to bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every client experience.
When she’s not managing travel programs, Caswell can often be found exploring new destinations for concerts around the world, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying time with friends
Sarah Trueman
Executive Assistant
Sarah discovered her love for travel in 2014 when she studied abroad in Malaysia. Since then she’s been to 48 countries. Her top three being Egypt, New Zealand and Croatia. Having gone bungee jumping, sky diving and swimming with sharks, she doesn’t shy away from new and thrilling adventures!
She was born in Iowa, but raised in Charlotte, NC, where she completed her BA in psychology at Queens University. When she’s not working or traveling, she’s either doing hot yoga or relaxing at home with her husband and their five cats, two dogs, and snake!
